The artist started the Christmas week with Rick Ross Charities 6th annual Toy and food Giveaway.
According to a recently recoded video recap made by the Maybach Music Group, the humble Rick Ross Charities group was seen joining their forces with the former New Orleans Saints and the Senator Oscar Braynon II, Mike Mckenzie, founder of 34 Ways foundation. The group joined their forces for hosting the 6th Annual Food and Toy Drive. The importance of the event was described by artists as it was held right in the centre of city. Everyone was invited for the event and it was awaited among the hip hop music community.
Everything is exciting with hip hop and there are many ways to bring in more excitement and thrill to the event. The ways to add vitality to this event included hosting it in the Carol City. Every year a group of people make visit and this time more folks joined the giveaway.
Hip hop news became part of the story as the charity drive was part of annual Christmas event. American Music Awards – Perfect Event
Grammy has given lot of credit such that it even overshadows the American Music Awards, but this time the scene was totally different. The 39th American Music Awards at the Nokia Theater, Los Angeles saw many exciting events and performances. The show was pretty much as it was planned with large number of celebrities and awards.
Started in 1973, by Dick Clark, these awards are more of a tribute to all musicians from different genres for presenting the audiences with latest American music phenomenon. AMAs are providing the stage for some of the minimally showcased talents and even honored big names in the industry of music.
Bruno Mars bagged award for favorite male artist in Pop/Rock category, Nicki Minaj was awarded favorite hip-hop/rap artist and Taylor Swift got the trophy for favorite country album, artist of the year as well as favorite female artist. Katy Perry got achievement award for being fist woman in pop music history with five hit singles from same album.
American Music Awards do not fail to salute existing popular music icons of America every year. Opened by David Guetta, the other singers were lined up for their acts on stage. Enrique Iglesias stole the complete show. The stage was on fire with appearance and performances of diverse artists. Nicki Minaj, Ludacris and Chris Brown made appearances on AMA. Pitbull, Jennifer Lopez, Mary J. Blige, Marc Anthony, Drake and Lil Jon kept the music going.
Adele won many awards but she could not make it to the event, other popular artists like Beyonce and Lady Gaga also were not present in the award ceremony this time. This did not show a large difference in the different entertainment loaded appearances.

Must Watch Simon Cowell Gotten Even with: On X Factor!
Thursday night Simon Cowell paid his debt of verbal abuse he hurled at fellow judges at the X Factor show. They got even using a voting bloc; they got against, tossing his contestant out of the competition. It would be not apt to use the term displease to show his response to the situation. He appeared ready to get his hands dirty and bust heads open.
Format of X Factor was followed and two of three artists with lowest votes were booted. Steve Jones the person behind new Michale Jackson album and Cirque du Soleil made announcement of the America’s loved contestants who will continue to entertain the nation in coming week.
Chris Rene was the first name called and laughed at for reasons obvious. He is not good at the task and secondly he showed on television how bad it is to break the rule and scratch dandruff in front of camera on national television. This followed by Melanie Amaro and Rachel crow, leaving Josh Krajcik Astro, Marcus Canty and Drew, fourth low vote getter was the red herring. The compelling voice of Krajcik got applause and Mr. Jones declared that his style has won the hearts of America and he should get to next week preparations.
The remaining contestants Astro, Drew and Mr. Canty were dramatically announced and the unfortunate of them will be tossed unceremoniously with minimum votes. According to him Astro has too much of attitude flaunting times and he became infamous few weeks ago.
The judges had to declare a winner from among Drew in the girls group led by Mr.Cowell while boys group had Canty led by L.A. Reid after a sing off session. The performances showed these artists were lot of work.
The votes were gone against Drew as Mr. Cowell voted for his girl and took the blame upon him for giving her the wrong song with up-tempo. Lot of emotional drama followed the voting as Drew was eliminated.
Coming week five of the singers remain and they get to perform on two songs. Mr. Jones mentioned that the round will be interesting as viewers get to choose the song to be performed. The hopes and excitement increased as the viewers get to choose from 3 of the preselected show listed on the website. Mahler’s Ultimate Work a Scene of Anguish, Contradictions and Ambiguities!
The time when staged symphonic artists showing their repertory works were an absolute prerequisite is long gone. Podium experience is not a necessity anymore. As Daniel Harding, British conductor got up to show his skills on podium at Avery Fisher Hall, for New York Philharmonic – 10th Symphony of Mahler, you only had to adapt to the preconceptions held for a Mahler conductor.
With a thin frame and slight boyish features, at 36, Mr. Harding has a balletic flair. He is very devoted to Mahler music with talent to make it work. At the time of his debut about eight months ago, he performed another Mahler symphony to give unusual perception, the restlessness was found in passages which conductors dreamily perform.
There is plenty of ambiguity related to the 10th Mahler. The first thing is the artist left it incomplete. Mahler instructed a friend that if he didn’t live long to finish it, he want the manuscript burned.
As Mahler’s penchant for analyzing and revising his work once all notes were put down on page, as the 10th one is available in many complete forms his early composition stage is seen.
The question if Mahler could tell about the final work, what it would possibly be. The symphony cycle in the earlier sections covers the mortality fascination, soon comes afterlife which follows the anguish in autobiographical form. Since 1984, the Philharmonic had not played this piece. Mahler sound are heart rendering and the artists know how to do it well, adding their own element to the composition. With brass having bitter chords that punctuated giving a drama like effect, Mr. Harding is successful in finding the contradictions of Mahler. Throughout the performance mellow warmth was felt as the closing bars surpassed the effect to give a silky effect.
Avery Fisher Hall was silent enough to hear a pin drop for a change.
